Google Calendar gives you many features:

See Event details at a glance

You can see all the event details including:

  • The entire guest list with RSVP responses
  • Rooms and locations
  • Attachments
  • Any video call links
  • And more

Quickly add new Events

You can create new events when you click on an empty space on your calendar.

You can add the following details:

  • Name of the event
  • Time of the event
  • The calendar the event is part of.  You can add guests or edit details.

New view options

Your calendar will show event invitation status, let you choose how much or how little to see.

Customize how you see your Calendar

You can choose to show or hide weekends when viewing your calendar. You can also:

  • Choose Year view
  • In Day view, you can view two or more calendars from different people or places at the same time side by side
  • Control the layout density and color set of your Calendar

You can:

  • Show or hide other calendars
  • Unsubscribe from a calendar
  • Hide a calendar

Embed Google Calendar on your Website

You can easily embed your Calendar on any page, post or widget on your WordPress website.

Inviting people to an event has never been this easy.

Track responses to your event

When guests receive your invitation email, they can respond using the Yes, No, or Maybe links in the email.
