Hi Jane,
Once people click on your AdWords Ad and your daily budget gets exhausted, your Ad is removed and it will re-appear the following day.
Google AdWords has ways to determine if your Ad is getting malicious clicking:
Google runs a complex logarithm that includes variables such as IP address (as well as related IP addresses), devices and location to identify malicious clicking. This clicking is referred to by Google as “invalid clicks”.
These “invalid clicks” are refunded to your account. How to add an “Invalid Clicks” column to your Google AdWords dashboard? It is quite easy:
Go to your Google AdWords dashboard > All Campaigns > Campaigns
[click the image below to enlarge it]
Click ‘Columns’ > click ‘Modify Columns’
[click the image below to enlarge it]
On the panel that opens select ‘Performance’ > select ‘Invalid Clicks’ >and click ‘Apply’ at the bottom of the panel
[click the image below to enlarge it]
You will then see a new ‘INVALID CLICKS’ column on your Google AdWords dashboard – usually the last column on the right hand side of your dashboard (click the image to enlarge it).
Trust the a.m. is of assistance to you. Happy Campaigning!
Regards,
Tony
