It is quite straight forward to embed a YouTubne video. Let’s say you would like to embed Abba’s Dancing Queen.
Go to YouTube and type ‘Abba’s Dancing Queen’ in the search bar > click on ‘Abba – Dancing Queen’ > on the page that opens click on ‘Share’ > on the window that opens click on ’embed’ > copy the highlighted HTML code >
Open a new page or post > click ‘Text’ and paste the HTML code > that’s it!
Click ‘Publish’ > click ‘View post’ or ‘view page’ and enjoy the video!
To embed a YouTube as a Widget:
Go to Widgets > paste the HTML code into a ‘Text’ Widget. Even if you don’t know HTML you can easily change the ‘width’ and the ‘height’ of your video on the actual code.

Should you have a free version of WordPress (I recall you do have a free version of WordPress):
Make sure you have the correct settings in the Admin Area.
Go to Admin > Settings > Media:
Check (tick) the boxes as per the screenshot below:
For all those who do not have a free version of WordPress:
Go to your Admin Area > plugin > download and activate ‘Jetpack’
Go to Jetpack > Settings > activate ‘Tiled Galleries’ > go back to ‘ Jetpack Settings’ > click ‘configure’ (Tiled Galleries)
You are almost done:
Go to the Page or Post where you would like to add your Gallery, say for example that you want to add your Gallery to a new page:
Hover over ‘Pages’ > click ‘Add New’: new page opens > click ‘Add Media’ button: new window opens: click ‘Create Gallery’ > click ‘Select Files’ > choose your images and click ‘Open’ > click the ‘Create a New Gallery’ button.
On the Edit Gallery window go to ‘Gallery Settings’ towards the top right hand corner of that window > and go to ‘Type’. On the drop-down menu click on ‘Tiled Mosaic’> click ‘Insert Gallery’.

Uploading and downloading a PDF into WordPress is an almost identical process to uploading any other type of media such as an image. You can very easily upload a PDF File, Microsoft Word Document, Excel Spreadsheet or a PowerPoint Presentation.
Go to Dashboard > Post > Add New (or you could go to Pages > Add New) > click ‘Add Media’.
Best Practice when uploading Files: make sure the file is all lower case and use hyphens if it has multiple names.

For this you need to download and activate the ‘vanilla-pdf-embed’ plugin.
Then to embed a PDF you’ve uploaded to your WordPress site’s media library, simply put the URL for the attachment page in your post on its own line. The PDF will be embedded with the default settings at that location, as if it were using oEmbed.
If you hover the bottom part of the PDF document (in the example below ‘Setcom’s Subscription Agreement’ a window pops-up enabling you to get the document’s full width, decrease/ increase in size, save and print (this window pops-up when I view this page using a Chrome browser but not on Firefox).

Matt Cutts of Google states that about 25-30% of content on the net is duplicate and that it is not all spam.
Google looks for duplicate content and then tries to group it together and treat it as one piece. So when Google comes across two identical pages Google may decide to show just one of the pages on search results. Not all duplicate content is spam – it just needs to be clustered appropriately.
If all you do is duplicate content and you are doing it in an abusive, deceptive, malicious or manipulative way than expect Google to take action and treat your content as spam.
How can small sites become popular? Can smaller guys outperform the bigger guys?
Matt Cutts of Google suggests that it is important that your site is dynamic, responds quickly and has superior content. Matt refers to how sites such as Facebook and Instagram started small. MySpace was around when Facebook started.
If you are doing it better then in time you can expect to grow. Focus on your niche market. Cover it well and branch out from there.
Smaller guys can outperform the bigger guys as long as they do a good job. Don’t stop producing superior content.

Page Rank (1) is an algorithm used by Google Searchto rank websites in their search engine results. PageRank is a way of measuring the importance of website pages.
