On the page that opens, click (or ‘Select’) ‘Form Builder’
Click ‘Build it’ and build your Signup form. Then click ‘Design it’ and design your Form

Once you have built and designed your Signup Form on the ‘Form builder’ page you will see the ‘Signup form url’
My ‘Signup form url’ is:
Copy your Signup form url, in my case I copy: http://eepurl.com/ghgazD or even better https://eepurl.com/ghgazD.
Go to the Admin Area of your website > Appearance > Menus
On the ‘Add menu items’ click ‘Custom links’. In the URL field paste the code you got for your ‘Sign up form url’ (in my case https://eepurl.com/ghgazD
In the ‘Link Text’ field type: ‘Subscribe’ or whatever you feel appropriate. In my case I typed: Subscribe to our Weekly Newsletter’ and click ‘Add to Menu’
It will be added to the ‘Menu Structure’ on the right hand side. Drag the block up into the position you want to have it displayed and click ‘Save Menu’.
Go to the front-end of your Website. When I go to my website and click ‘Subscribe to Our Weekly Newsletter’
The Signup Form appears
There are other options for adding a Signup Form to a WordPress website which will be discussed in future posts. These options include:
- Embedded forms (use the ‘Custom HTML widget) and
- Subscriber pop-up forms (use the MailChimp Subscriber Popup Jetpack widget).
