Zoom Meetings – How to Allow Multiple Participants to Share their Screen at the Same Time

In this video I am going to show you how to allow multiple participants to share their screen at the same time in Zoom meetings.

Login to your Zoom account and go to the ‘Settings’ tab

Scroll down to ‘In Meeting (Basic)’ and then scroll a bit more down to ‘Screen Sharing’

Start a meeting, click the ‘Security’ icon and make sure that the ‘Share Screen’ option is selected.

To the right of the ‘New Share’ button click the downward arrow. On the options ‘Who can share’ and ‘Who can start sharing when someone else is sharing’ select ‘All Participants’
